Prior to this legislative session, Washington required only sellers of residential real property to provide a disclosure to buyers regarding certain aspects of the real property to be transferred, unless the buyer expressly waives the seller’s disclosure. With the Legislature’s passage of SSB6749, which Governor Gregoire’s signed into law today, this requirement has now been extended to sellers of commercial real property as well.
